Mission : Baju Raya 2011

This year Hari Raya will be in August, most probably 31st August 2011. So to be exact, we actually have June July and August to prepare for Raya. People mostly have send a few pairs of clothes to their tailor for Raya. For those who haven't bought any clothes for Raya yet, please do it as soon as possible if you want a new pair of baju kurung/baju melayu for Raya, okay? Anyway, our family decided that this year themes for Raya are Light Yellow and Grey. Light yellow for Raya and Grey for Raya Openhouse. *Btw, last year we went for Turquoise*

She tried it on her, and decided to just take it and get it over and done with ! Alhamdulillah.

She really did took a very loooonnng time to decide on that.

At the end of the day, I went for a very plain and simple one, and Mimi went for the one with beading and all. And Mama went for the bright yello with big flowers. So mission ACCOMPLISHED ! Hoorayyyy :D

And now we don't have to think about preparation for Raya already ! :) 

Opening for Tg Malim Branch

Referring to my previous post, I did mentioned about going to Tg Malim to do some preparation right? So this is what the preparations are for. For the Opening of Tg Malim Branch. It was already in Tg Malim for 5 years actually, but then we moved to a better location. (:

I was too tired to write something yesterday. The event was successful but not as smooth as it was planned, since later that night the rain was pouring heavily *sigh*. But, whatever it is it went well, no major catastrophe. (: Alhamdulillah. 

So here goes a few pictures of the night !

Basically, we have guests that came from as far as Alor Setar and as near as the house in front of the shop itself. We also invited a few anak yatim from that area to come and celebrate with us. The food was yummy and everything went well and everyone was happy, I hope. :D Congratulation to Tg Malim ! May we all prosper in health and wealth and untold happiness. Amin.

Me and Creativity, we don't do well.

Today was a really long day for me, very tiring indeed. Had to do some serious stuff and also some stuff that needs creativity. Yes, I sucks. I can't even draw, or decorate my room nicely. So I guess you can predict what happen right ? It was almost a disaster ! Then I had to go to the other branch do some preparation for an event happening tomorrow night. Ahhhhhh, had to drive there now you know why I was so tired today. But still, since this is a new blog I had to blog about something right ? 

This was what I did today. I know. I know. You must be so proud of me kann ? For a very boring and dull person, this can be consider as something right ? No ? -.- 

More of it ! 

Okay, does this answer the question of why I was so tired today ? I hope it does. 

And what do we do with all this ? 

Walahhh ! But we need more lighting for the wall tho, but it couldn't be done yet.

Spring Cleaning

Last week my summer break started, sounds so cool right ? Thats just the glamour nickname, it was actually more of a semester break. We don't have summer in Malaysia. So please don't be misunderstood me. I am only studying in one of the local uni here. Haha.

Anyway, when I reached home, I knew exactly what I need to do !

Yes, Spring Cleaning.

So basically I started to unpack all my stuff. A few boxes of unused bag and a few bags of clothes.

See what I mean ? What I did was to choose what to keep and what to go. At the end of the day, I end up keeping 70% of them. -.- I love them too much to give it away to people. This was what happened to my room that day.

So I guess everyone can figure out what happened right ? No, FINE. Let me explain.

First, i was trying to clean up my room and thrown away some stuff that I won't be using anymore. And my room was a big mess ! Then I was too tired and call my maid to clean up the mess I made surprised that I have such a nice maid that was willing to help me clean up the big mess I made. Hee. And in the end, everyone was happy and the room is back to its normal self again. X)

However, I have one dirty little secret. Look at this.

Actually I pick up all the small things on the floor and put it here so that 80% of the room look tidy. Hehe. My stupid little trick, and the day after I couldn't even find my hairbrush. -.-" *lessonlearnt*
